Meet the Author at El Festival del Libro

Meet author/illustrator Edwin Fontánez at the first annual Festival del Libro on Saturday, September 28 in East Harlem, NY. He will be signing copies of his new book "Camila quiere escribir" (co-authored with Matilde García-Arroyo and Hilda E. Quintana) along with his other Spanish-language titles, "Hadas, sirenas y sapos," "En esta hermosa isla," and "Yo te prometo."

The free book festival will take place at Hunter College at the 119th St. & 3rd Ave. campus from 10 a.m.-7 p.m.

The event is sponsored by "La Fortaleza Project" of the East Harlem Business Capital Corporation (EHBCC) as well as the Educational Pledge (Alberto O. Cappas), After Dark CATV Productions (Felix Leo Campos), and Hunter College.
